SOME OF OUR AWESOME COUPLES!
Megan & Pecco’s William Aiken House Wedding
Megan and Pecco's wedding at the William Aiken house in downtown Charleston nearly got rained out! It was a typical South Carolina summer thunderstorm that came through in the afternoon. Luckily they were able to rearrange the schedule a bit and timed it just right...
Kayleigh & Ryan’s Alhambra Hall Mount Pleasant Wedding
Kayleigh and Ryan were so much fun and that's clearly reflected in these images! They both played lacrosse in college and so, of course, lacrosse was played at their wedding. Great fun was had by all until late night pizza was served. Our favorite part of the day?...
Riley’s Proposal to Lily at White Point Gardens
Riley had been dating Lily since they were in middle school and every year for their anniversary he had gotten her a stepping stone. It started out as kind of a joke but now his plan is to use all the stones at their first home together. The plan was to put the...
Ashnoo and Brian’s Folly Beach Wedding
We had a great time at Ashnoo and Brian's Folly Beach Wedding! They had a couple private beach houses and an incredible wedding that reflected their different cultures coming together as one. It was a beautiful May day at the beach and the perfect day for a wedding!
Audrey & Kyle’s Alhambra Mount Pleasant Wedding
Audrey and Kyle love their dog and dogs in general, so they partnered with a local pet adoption agency to have puppies at their wedding and to help get them adopted. The bridesmaids walked down the aisle with them instead of bouquets! It was a perfect Charleston...
Eva & Dave – Charleston French Quarter Engagement Photography
Hanging out with Eva and Dave for their downtown Charleston engagement photography was terrific! They are an absolute awesome couple to be around, and they love to have fun together. We aim for more candid and natural moments in our photography, and they both made it...
WHY WE LOVE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
Some experiences in life happen only ONE TIME
Your wedding day is a perfect example. Even if you’ve been married before, your wedding day is a unique, once in a lifetime experience you’ll always remember. You’ve met the person you want to share your life with and in just a few moments your future with them will become more permanent. Promises will be made and a whole batch of new firsts will begin to happen. First kiss as a married couple, first dance first etc…
Then one day – it finally arrives!
No matter how much you plan and envision, your wedding day is sure to be a whirlwind of activity and emotions and laughing and hugging and being with those you care the most for. And it’s over in a flash.
You’ve only got two sets of eyes on your wedding day (yours and that crazy person you just married) and most of your wedding day is spent staring at each other! Which is why it’s so amazing when you receive your photos. A recent couple whose wedding we shot said it best, “As we were looking through our photos, we couldn’t believe how much we had already forgotten about the day, but there was also so much that we just didn’t see! If it wasn’t for the photos we never would have! The photos (and each other, of course!) are all we have left of our incredible day so you can imagine how important they are to us. (Super important.)”
Wedding photos are memories.
Which is why photography on your wedding day is essential: They will become a repository of memories from your special day.
Our Style + Vision
Wedding days are filled with real moments and emotions and our goal is to capture these natural moments as they happen. However, not everyone has supermodel-like comfort in front of a camera, so we can help with poses or prompts and we always do our best to help everyone we photograph feel comfortable. And, ideally, you’ll get so comfortable and we’ll be sneaky and ninja-like that you’ll forget we’re there, at least part of the time.
We would love to capture your day and your story and help you re-experience all the moments for years to come.
Some of our packages include a Complementary Engagement Photography Session, which is a great way to get to know us before the wedding. By the time we do your wedding photos, we’ll be old friends and that will help your wedding photos be all the more natural.
Our passion is caputuring all that your story is. We want you to be able to re-experience those memories over and over again, for years to come.

CHARLESTON WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS
OUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO
We’re located in Charleston SC, but frequently photograph weddings all around the Lowcountry. Places like Mount Pleasant, Summerville, James Island, Isle of Palms, Awenda, and North Charleston have some of the most beautiful and creative wedding venues in the Southeast!
WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS AT HOME IN CHARLESTON
Charleston and the surrounding area is one of the most popular destinations in the country for weddings! It’s easy to see why with the incredible venues, southern charm, giant live oak trees, wonderful climate. And all these things (plus everything else great about Charleston) make it ideal for wedding photography. There’s a reason there are so many great Charleston wedding venues to choose from!
As wedding photographers, we love the huge variety for weddings that can be found in Charleston and the Lowcountry. From idyllic plantations like Lowndes Grove, Boone Hall Plantation and Magnolia Plantation, to elopements on Isle of Palms, White Point Gardens or Folly Beach. There’s also great places for big family weddings at the William Aiken House, Founders Hall, Cannon Green or Alhambra Hall or unique, one-of-a-kind weddings at Upstairs at Midtown, the American Theater, Patriot’s Point or on a boat with Charleston Harbor Tours.
No matter what you have in mind for your wedding photography, the Lowcountry has the perfect spot.
FINDING A PHOTOGRAPHER IN CHARLESTON
It’s easy to find a wedding photographer in Charleston, but choosing one is considerably more difficult! There are more wedding vendors in Charleston than most towns its size because so many people come here to get hitched — it can be overwhelming trying to decide. But just because you can find a photographer who’s available doesn’t mean they’re the best fit for your wedding. Finding a studio whose work you love is super important and having a photographer you like being around is a must. Let’s get to know each other! Contact us to set up a meeting, phone call or video chat!
PLANNING A PROPOSAL?
One of our favorite ways to get to know our couples is to actually photograph their proposal. Proposal photography in Charleston isn’t something many studios offer but it’s one of our favorite things to be a part of! We’ll help you plan and execute your surprise wedding proposal, even if you’re not from the area. Many couples come to Charleston and leave engaged to be married and we’re here to help!
Typically we’ll arrive at the pre-decided location and pretend to just be in the area taking photos and then will capture (from a stealthy distance) the images of you proposing. Afterward, you can point us out (this usually makes for a really fun surprise) and we’ll make our way over to take some photos of the newly engaged couple around the area.
Whether we meet you at the proposal, for the engagement photos or on your wedding day, we will be honored to be a small part of your special memories.
